Excellent customer service and body work! This is my second time using Chapparone Auto Body- both visits were great experiences. Lisa at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Kenny went above and beyond communicating the process, giving me my options, and negotiating on my behalf with the insurance agency to be sure my car was properly repaired and that I got factory parts on my car. Thank you Mark Chapparone, my car looks great. Couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend.

Phenomenal craftsmanship, proven time and again through fantastic paint matching. I’ve brought two vehicles here and totaling 3 visits so far the work has been outstanding every time and not to mention the customer service. Communicative on lead times, they set realistic expectations, and they do what’s right, informing you every step of the way. Chapparone has set the standard so high there is no other place to go! My Tesla was hit, and the paint on the rear peeled off. This shop repaired it quickly and did a great job. Kenny was also very nice—he helped me communicate with the insurance company and explained every step of the process.

We had an amazing experience with this body shop - specifically Kenny who took the absolute best care of our Tesla. He was very communicative and provided plenty of updates during the repair. It was quick, easy and very high quality work. Would definitely recommend!

Ricardo was great at informing me about the entire process and was also accurate in explaining when the repair would be complete. I am happy with the repair and have no complaints. This is by far the best experience I have had at an auto repair shop.

I can’t say enough good things about Chapparone Auto! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. Mark was incredible as always—professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Kenny was also a huge help in getting my vehicle fixed quickly and efficiently. Their entire team showed amazing professionalism and punctuality, and their communication was spot-on throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening with my car, when to expect updates, and when everything would be completed. It saddens me to have to give Chapparone a low review after doing business with them for over 15 years. They used to be the best around, but their quality has tanked. On a recent simple repair that was purely cosmetic due to a side swipe, our vehicle was returned with misaligned panels, overspray, and poor base paint layering with raised areas and orange peel. It was disappointing to have to point these out myself and have that passed through final inspection. Chapparone team, please look to your roots from the elders who started your business. After this recent job, the quality is no better than a Caliber Collision or other run of the mill collision factory. After having 5 vehicles repaired over the years, we won’t be returning or referring, but I wish you the best in improving your quality and turning the business around.
