Called to get a quote on a job done and was told it would be a week before he could even give me a quote. When I said that’s fine I don’t mind waiting I’ve been calling around just trying to get an idea of what I need to save up and he proceeded to say good luck and hung up. Don’t see how someone business can stay open long when they push it away before you even talk face to face. Never will be a customer here horrible secretary at the desk fire him and get someone to take calls who won’t hang up on someone trying to give you business. Very unprofessional and unfortunate for whoever owns this shop

My family has taken our cars here a handful of times within the last 20 years of living in college grove. My mom has taken her car here many times the past few months & everytime she went they found something else wrong with her car & hadn’t fixed the original issue (they couldn’t figure out why her car was leaking oil). After my mom got charged $200 the last time for getting the car “fixed” (when really it was in worse shape than before we took it in) my dad and i decided to go to the shop and find out what was going on. From the minute we walked in Jason was very confrontational, argumentative, and had a terrible attitude. (Which my mom warned us about before we left) he told us to leave the store and take the car somewhere else. We took our car to Nashville & got it fixed. Turns out the oil sensor Jason put in my moms car was defective. It was put in only a few weeks prior. As well as other things that were wrong with her car which are just speculation because we have no proof it was done at this shop so I won’t mention those things. I do not recommend taking your car here. They will bleed you dry.

Very rude and unprofessional! And while I was there he made a young girl cry who was simply asking for air on her tire on her way home. If I could give zero stars I would because this hateful jerk doesn't deserve one star. From the second u walk in he will act like he hates u, ur car, and the world. Take your business elsewhere.

attempted to call first thing this a.m. & guy literally laughed at me saying he’s still 2 weeks out from taking appointments - was wild & rude. Never been hung up on by someone I’m trying to give business / money to; legit didn’t let me even speak. Go elsewhere for sure!! Either a Co-op, Express Oil, dealership or anywhere with better communication & professionalism..

All my vehicles needs that I do not have time for goes directly to here. Jason and his guys are top notch. If you happen to be broken down, he works one on one with a tow truck driver and you pay for it after he fixes your vehicle. I've never paid over $70 a tow. Not bad. And as far as the work he does on all types os vehicles, is very well priced. Not out to make that killing on one customer. They are quick in and quick to fix. Just brought my truck out of their shop 3 weeks ago. Had everything they could find fixed. Jason has always been upfront and honest with me. Always a phonecall with a price before ANY WORK IS DONE!!! 5 STARS ALL DAY!!!!!
