Recently took our 2022 Mazda CX5 we purchased from Champion with 46,000 miles to the service department to fix the heads-up display that's no longer completely visible. A very short diagnosis and checking with other service departments showed this is not an isolated issue. Hopefully they can warranty it??? We have very few issues with our Mazdas, but was glad to have a service department that's gonna try to take an extra step to help us as they can.

Initially, we had an appointment to make repairs after waiting several weeks for parts to be obtained. Then, just prior to the repair date, we were contacted and told that they messed to postpone repairs. Given the current state of staffing, we understood the request and the appointment was pushed out several weeks. Finally, when the day came, repairs started and, they hoped would be completed timely. After 24 hours of not hearing anything, we called and were informed that additional problems were found and more parts were needed. They now hoped service would be completed by Friday. STILL, no contact made to us. On the Friday, we called and were informed it would be next week at the earliest. We don’t mind delays, if they can be helped but NOT KEEPING customers informed and updated is not great service. We missed critical appointments due to this and still today, do not know if and when our vehicle will be repaired (while it IS under warranty). Wish they would communicate better, to say the least. By the way, we have purchased numerous vehicles since 1980 from this dealer. That, evidently, means little toward customer loyalty.

Was contacted about a vehicle that I showed interest in at 9am. Asked for some information about the vehicle and waited for a response. Called the dealership an hour later was informed someone was test driving the vehicle at that moment. Asked to be informed if it had sold or not. At 2:50pm informed vehicle was still for sale. Asked sales person to send me pictures of any damage and to check out and see if anything on the inside of the vehicle didn't work properly. Sales person responded with pictures of exterior dent and that everything on the inside functioned correctly. Was asked to put a 1000 dollar non refundable deposit down to hold vehicle till 9am the next morning. Refused to do so and would only agree to 100 dollars. I drove 4 hours one way and was there when the opened. When I arrived and test drove the vehicle, the drivers side rear window didn't function at all and the radio screen for the cd/dvd player had to be manually pushed close. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
