Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Brighton Service

My radio keeps shutting off. For a radio diagnosis they will charge $175. They attached the diagnostic kit for 5 minutes I was there watching and they are charging me additional $700 to fix the radio. It doesn’t make sense. I can buy a radio for $50. Totally ripoff job. I paid $175 for nothing fixed. I called them why they charged so much even nothing fixed. Manager Shawn won’t return my call. He avoids talking to me, he pretends he’s drive testing every time I call and their crew keeps saying they couldn’t find him. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Don’t go here! Just giving you a heads up. They’ll take your money they will charge you whatever they want. For 5-minute job nothing fixed and I got charged $175. Ridiculous! Completely unreasonable!

I would never buy from this dealership. Bought a used car, had a leak said it was repaired. It was not I took it back same day. Have had it in several times since for same issue. Now the band-aid they used has stained headliner and car smells like mold as it's been leaking the whole time. Waiting for a return call.

What garbage service. The dude said he’d call me on three separate occasions to give an update but I was always the one to follow up, hours after he said he’d call. He finally got permission from warranty HQ and didn’t even call me if I wanted to proceed with the repairs because it had taken so long. The dude just sits on the information and tells me after I call that he got word of it two hours prior but he has to talk to the tech and that he’ll call me back in a few hours. I’d been waiting a week at this point. Why would my jeep not get preferable turn around time? It was going to be at least 8 business days before I got my jeep back. I left town without them doing it. I got it done at a jeep dealer in a major metropolitan city, I never had to call them, and it was done in 5 business days. Don’t get the lifetime warranty, especially if you’re service center is Brighton because you’ll have to put up with these smooth-brained service reps.

An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2 hours and 45 minutes when you have an appointment. And when you pull into the service garage, it shouldn't take 10 mins for someone to ask to help you because they are all on their phones! Frustrating! Then someone shows you the air filter they are going to change but then it doesn't get changed. Not good service. Either honor appt times or schedule better so people feel like their time is respected.

Jesse in the Service Department was very helpful in getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee radiator replaced along with cooling system fluids. Just recently the horn stopped working. A quick visit to the service bay once again and a loose connection was discovered and the problem solved. The team there is courteous and customer-oriented.
