certified towing & Recovery

Decided not to show up, no call and didn't cancel the tow request. Left messages and never called back. Insurance Co called and he answered. Told them he just didn't want to to do it and left us sitting for 3 hours.

I couldn’t be happier with my first experience using this company! I called and immediately got an answer, told the guy my car had died and all does are locked so I can’t get in. He was here within fifteen minutes and we were able to pop my hood through the door so we could jump it. I then asked how much to jump a spare car of mine that’s been sitting? He was so awesome and just said what car and started walking over and did the job. When he wrote the bill he had even put a little discount on there just because he knows how tough times are for everyone right now. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would like to say thank you again!!

WORST service I have ever received. I was charged 4 times the normal cost of a towing service. $400 for 10 miles. If you want to pay this for your towing service, please call this guy. Good luck. I am currently in the process of taking him to court. After asking for my money back 10 times, I was told he was “busy” and will call me back and he never called back. I will also be filling a report to the BBB for his loyalty so people are aware of the trap they are getting themselves into. There is a law called Customer Protection Law which is made especially for people like this service guy. Joseph S Greck, you didn’t give me a choice, I’ll see you in court.

GREAT service!! SUPER NICE people!! I locked my keys in my minivan one night and didn’t realize until the next morning. I couldn’t get in with the key because the battery was dead and power locks would not work. My daughter had an early morning sporting event and all of her equipment was locked inside. I called Joe’s Certified Towing in a panic and they came out right away, got the door open and charged up the battery. While the battery was charging, I learned how many ties they have in our community, in Detroit and every city in between. We were ready to go in 10-15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. They saved me and we got to my daughters event on time! So thankful to them!
