This dealership is one of the most personable dealerships I’ve ever been to. The GM Jim ingenito is an absolute gem. After buying my vehicle 5 years ago the sales/ service staff still care about me the same way they did the day I bought my truck. I give them a 10/10 every day of the week!!!

Drove there for a service appointment from LI because no one wants to give a loaner car for a car they didn’t sell you nearby for a week long repair and upon going inside they said they need to hold on to the car for multiple days to diagnose the problem and then another couple of days to repair it because if its not your time being wasted you don’t care and then they wouldn’t give a loaner car or transportation so basically my time and money being wasted by a bunch of disrespectful inexperienced people. I rather walk to the other side of the country than drive a car that these people service. The lady sitting behind the desk is no different than a brick wall because that is sure how I felt while talking to her. So if you fail to provide quality service don’t you dare call yourself a dealership and get it together and Chrysler corporate is now notified and is investigating the situation. The way I was treated is beyond unacceptable and this is the last jeep I will leasing because of your terrible service. And everyone should avoid this place at all costs. Because I lost over $500 today with tolls, gas and the time I could’ve been working instead and guess what the problem is still not fixed. Learn from my terrible experience and save yourself the embarrassment.

Do not get attend by Umar. He will try to put so much pressure on unnecessary service that is not stat Jeep maintenance plan. Unfortunately they already got around $700 out of me out of 2k or 3k bill. During that time I felt pressured to it because he stated that if I do no do those soon enough, that it’ll void my car’s Maximum care warranty. I went to another reputable dealership and stated that it is not true why Umar has told me. Yes it helps that car run better but it will not void my warranty.

Everytime I bring my car to this dealership they give me a hard time to service it because I didn’t get the car from Them. It’s unbelievable and horrible business practice. Not sure how the parent company for these vehicular allow this. This is a lawsuit waging to happen when someone gets hurt on the road because they were refused assistance.

Went for an oil change and the service was great! Alex Veras was a big help. Will definitely come back to this location.
