I do not own a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or ram vehicle. But I made a service appointment and they fixed my problem with my Buick enclave. Great Service, Better People My Jeep Cherokee is the 3rd car I have purchased from Connors. I love the car. The experience in purchasing the vehicle was awesome. What compels me to write a review though, is the downright quick responsiveness to issues. Since my Jeep is new, my tires dropping a pounds when it got cold was to be expected. I kept refilling the air and one tire kept dropping pressure. I stopped and asked if someone could take a look at the problem. Immediately they looked at the car and discovered two nails in the tire. Within an hour I was back on the road. What I didn't realize was that I was actually there before they opened. Instead of sending me away, they welcomed me in and said "we'll take care of that". This is not the first time they have stepped up and taken care of an issue with great alacrity, just the most recent. (my parents bought cars from them and Connors was super responsive to them too.) Connors is a dealer you can trust and always ready to help.

Stay far away from this service department. My truck broke down and had to be towed. I initially took it somewhere else but they told me what was wrong was a recall. I had it towed here for the recall. When I spoke to Rick he told me no way it was the recall. Turns out he don't know what he's talking about. It was the recall. He promised me every day for 2 weeks they were going to look at it. Finally he called me and said they did the recall but the check engine light was still on, and did I want them to look at it? They were supposed to be looking at it for 2 weeks! I took it to my mechanic after a scary 82 mile drive hoping it didn't break down. My mechanic tells me the code is saying it is the same recall they supposedly fixed. They installed the sensor wrong! What a joke of a service department! I will be calling Dodge to let them know how terrible they are. They shouldn't be servicing bicycles let alone a vehicle that can kill someone if not done right!!
