Awesome service! I’d had an accident when my car was parked in a lot - someone crashed into my rear side and thankfully left their insurance info. I was really dreading dealing with the whole process of getting my car fixed, insurance sorted out and managing without my car for several days. But dealing with Carstar was an absolute delight! They called me to book an estimate , they accommodated a last minute rescheduling (childcare ). I then dropped my car off, they got me a rental at a nearby Enterprise in about 10 minutes. They kept me posted via text on progress, and a week later I dropped off the rental car and drove off with my car all fixed and also cleaned thoroughly! Throughout - I dealt with Kayla who was awesome all the way! Thank you Carstar !

Car share was able to repair my 2002 Sequoia in 11 days. The bodywork was beautiful. The paint job was excellent and they even washed the car so it shined like new.

The service went well and met/exceeded my expectations. Great communication and the repairs as well. You could not tell my car was involved in an accident and my car hasn't felt this clean/great since I bought it at the dealership. I was not expecting them to detail my car as well. Thank you!
