Roberto Garcia has been awesome. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He exudes an air of confidence when he first arrived at our house to tow the Tesla out of the garage. He knew exactly what to do and how to maneuver the car safely and efficiently on to the tow truck. He went above and beyond his job when he walked me inside the Tesla service center and get me connected with a representative before leaving. I will give him 10 stars if I can. Highly recommended.

I had an amazingly good experience working with Michael Valenzuela from Dick’s Community Towing. Truck wouldn’t start, I called AAA and they immediately dispatched Michael who called to let me know he was coming. Turned out he is quite knowledgeable and very calming. He had a battery on board and although he explained my battery wasn’t completely dead, I could find no reason why it would have lost power and opted to replace it as it was older. I felt good that Michael was being honest with me and not pushing a new battery on me - big bonus - It all went very quickly too!

Got a flat on New Year’s Eve but Steve Spaulding Made the process so seamless. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the ride to the tire shop easy! God bless!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Roberto Garcia was to me. My morning was starting good until my car suddenly shut off on my way to work. I called AAA but they didn’t have any available at the time and so I decided to search nearby tow trucks and thankfully I found Dick’s Community Towing and Transport and all I can say is that they are the most helpful and sweetest company I’ve ever met. Roberto even referred me to a trusted mechanic that wouldn’t break my bank compared to the original one I had chosen. If you are ever in a rut and don’t know who to call, these guys are the ones to call. I’d give them more stars if I could. :)
