I wish I could comment on the customer service, but I've never been able to actually make it inside the store. They seem to just be open when they feel like it. Hours seem to change on a whim and never match up with what is online. It's a shame because they seem to usually have what I need in stock. I'm guessing most of their business comes from shops so they probably don't care about retail customers anyway.

I have known Eddys Auto parts since 1979, my Dad always bought parts from Eddys, Eddys has the best customer service, and quality parts for any vehicle, my dad had bought a complete Rebuild kit for a 6.6 liter Ford 1975 400 big block, that engine outlasted the car, until we sold the engine in 1999, I would not buy any engine parts from anywhere else, I highly recommend Eddys due to him and his highly trained dedicated staff to get you the right parts, I can't say anything negative about Eddys Auto parts, because there is nothing negative about Eddys auto parts, and there customer service and Satisfaction Guaranteed. In my experience and my opinion they dont get enough credit for the quality service they have given people over the years ,I have been dealing with Eddys. Just want to thank Eddy for his service to our family and friends, and community.

Great place to get quality parts... I learned my lesson about buying cheap parts at Advance auto, Auto Zone and especially O'Reilly's. Plus there very knowledgeable.....And the Owner's name is Champ...... Great guy....
