I took my car here last week to have my Ac system vacuumed and filled up, went good but didn't fix my problem and I had doubts it would but worth a try. So he tells me it's electrical and to bring it back and he would diagnose and chase down what was the problem. So I took it in thinking we were on the same page and mind you I tried fixing some things before I took it in. I call a couple hours later just to check to see if I could get my car back before the weekend becuz it was a Friday and closed on the weekend, he said yes. So he starts to tell me what's wrong and what he fixed and he had to get another part from ford. I stop him and said excuse me but I thought we were just diagnosing not installing parts. He immediately got angry and told me to come get my car and he was taking his parts off of it and proceeds to ask me, well did you ask me what I was doing or how much it would cost? (Dementia) I said no because we agreed on diagnostics and communication before installation was a given i thought. Never had a mechanic just start replacing things. It says on his little TV in the lobby it was 49.99 for diagnosis. So he starts to insult me on a hole I punched through in a cubby on top of dash to get to a ac sensor that would have cost me 2000 to take the dash off to replace it, so I did it myself. Can't see the hole, didnt hurt nothing. I said sir im not trying to be rude just didnt expect you to start replacing parts at a price i dont know if i can afford. I couldn't believe this guy was coming at me like this for asking for communication before adding parts to my car, which was no problem if he would have just talked to me about it. All in all I'd rather take my car to Walmart to replace an engine than go back to this scamming place with anger issues. Watch out yall. Hey old guy in the front lobby, get laid and calm down b4 you hurt yourself.

I was traveling in from out of town for a funeral. Just a quick overnight trip. I experienced a little car problem and they worked me in right away the next morning. They got my car in first thing and had it figured out before 10 am. Very reasonably priced and professional.

I would never take my vehicle here again! Took my car here for some issues they say they resolved and did not. Once I took it back the man was very offensive and rude, like I don’t know what my car is doing. You have to be pretty bad if I leave a review like this if there was a 0 star I would definitely rate it a 0.
