Car service center

I heard about this place from a fellow bmw enthusiast friend of mine and I stopped by and Alban told me to come at 4pm today to do an oil change, I stopped by his shop today and as promised he was ready to put my car on the lift. Great work and great communication skills as expected. I will be going back to Car Service Center to change out my coolant lines as well amongst other work.

I’ve come to this mechanic three times now and I can honestly say I am so pleased with the work. They give a detailed explanation of what’s wrong with the car and what they will be doing to the car which is important to me as woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They are transparent with the pricing of parts and labor costs. I left there each time reassured and confident. Their customer service is great and they are flexible with their hours. I think I’ve finally found a mechanic home!

I went there to get a patch for a slow leak. The albanian guy said $50 dollars FOR A PATCH! These guys are crooks i would stay far away. Being albanian, I asked him if that's the albanian price, and he said no, it's the American price. Let that sink in. Take your business elsewhere. I went a few blocks down and got it done for 15 dollars plus 5 tips! Reply to owners comment: I chose to get just the patch as every tire shop will tell you most likely you won't need to rebalance. There is not much of a weight difference to make the car vibrate pull to the side or damage things. But, I get it you got to hustle. It's the American way, right? FYI Mavis charges $30 for a patch with mounting and rebalancing cleaning and free cup of coffee while you wait.....your place has no waiting area where people can sit and no coffee or tv.... people can't even use the gas pumps without the risk of reversing into the pumps or other cars because of all the parked cars blocking access. This gas station, unlike fuelco, makes the neighborhood look like a third-world country. Especially next to the beautiful newly built building next to it. Avoid this gas station and mechanic.

I had such a great experience here! They provided excellent service, stayed open late to accommodate me, and got everything done quickly and professionally. Super happy with the results—definitely my go-to spot for inspections from now on. And all my car needs!! Thank you!!
