1998 Acura NSX-T….. Not many people can work on these vehicles. Typically, I would take my NSX to the Acura dealer. A certified NSX mechanic would be the only person to work on this vehicle. I decided, after reading all the reviews, to have my NSX serviced for an oil change at CarAid. The day I my appointment was scheduled for, the clutch decided to go out. Needless to say I was devastated, I had no idea what to do. I called CarAid, Sal(one of the owners) answered and assisted me with I needed to do in order to get the NSX to him. While at the shop, Sal was able to quickly assess the issue and walked me through what happened and how to fix it. He told me that my car would have to stay with him for a week while the parts came in, he left my car inside safe and away from the elements. When I say that he took care of my NSX as if it was his is an understatement…Even after he fixed the issue with the clutch, he was not satisfied with the way the NSX drove. He ended up doing an alignment and as a courtesy he put on my new wheels (no charge). To rate this interaction a 10 is not enough, it should be 100. My car was kept clean, runs better than when I bought it and it was well cared for. Thank you to the team at CarAid, you respectfully warned my business for not just my NSX but also my other vehicles. Thank you again!

I went to Car Aid because my husband has always had great experiences with Josh. I will conquer with him regarding my personal experience. Car Aid did an awesome job of fixing a rear axle for my brother. They were professional, reasonable and more importantly timely. I would definitely recommend Car Aid for car services.

Josh and the crew are amazing, Wonderful people. To speak with, to deal with. So far so good, just an A-1 job on my truck. They even found issues that others had not. Took in the shop, placed me under the truck, showed it to me, (Which i found really cool and respectful).

My friend recommend this shop and now i understand why. From the office to the the mechanic everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable. But most important the repairs were done perfectly and in the time that was needed. I am absolutely satisfied and will come back again .

I originally chose Car Aide from the reviews. From my call with Jerry to discuss what was going on with my car and then working with Phil at Car Aid, the experience was 5+ Stars!! Jerry and Phil were both aware of my time constraints and I thought they would just inspect and I would have to come another day to get it fixed. However, Phil was able to identify the issue and make the repair all within a short amount of time. I got the rumbling when accelerating issue resolved and was able to pick my son up from school. I can't say enough about the professionalism and timeliness of the service. Definitely found a new place to take my car for service and repairs. The price was great as well. I highly recommend!
