Excellent customer service! From the initial call, and to the end of work, they were communicative all the way. Upfront with pricing and possible price adjustments depending on the complexity of the job. They are a shop that are honest with their availability and scope of work. Thanks to Dustin, and to the alignment guy, future tire replacements and wheel alignments I’ll be going to canyon lake auto repair. I put in new struts, shocks, mounts, and front control arms and they got my alignment in order

First and foremost, excellent service for sure. Very professional yet still personable. From the moment I called just to inquire about my vehicle they were quite helpful. Steven got my vehicle in late afternoon and they weren't able to really do anything at that moment. He called me back early the next morning. They had diagnosed the problem and were ready to move forward with the repairs, simply awaiting my approval. A few hours later the vehicle was completed and waiting for pickup. Dustin and Steven were both solid employees who also had the patience to talk football with me and I know they were busy. I would definitely recommend this establishment and if the need arises I'll be back myself. I would have to say my overall experience and opinion is they are above par. Hell even my final bill was lower than quoted, you can't beat that with a bat! Thanks again to the gentlemen at Canyon Lake Auto 💯

This is a fabulous place to go to. The people are so kind and so knowledgeable and they give you all types of options and will print out what your car needs. The price is great. I suggested that anybody that needs to have an oil change tires whatever with your car go there.

Fantastic customer service! Top notch. These guys are solid, trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone. Rick the manager is amazing. He has recently helped me work on a project car.
