Smh I think it's pretty unprofessional to keep a customer waiting after you promised to do a job. It's fine if it got too late or if other jobs took longer than anticipated ...I get it, it happens but to not communicate that is HIGHLY unprofessional ...you should think about that in your attempts to secure new customers ...I called you early Sunday morning and waited into the late night hours and you never even had the decency to tell me you were never coming. People rely on transportation to secure their livelihood so when you say you're going to fix their car ...think about the fact that people have kids, jobs, appointments, sick parents etc. so your job truly helps people and your lack of professionalism drastically effects them ...truly disappointing

I have never used a Mobile Mechanic before and was worried I would be an easy target for a scam. But, to my pleasant surprise, this was not the case with Morgan of Campbell's Mobile Mechanics. Out of five inquiries I sent at 4:45pm on a busy weekday, the only company to respond was Campbell's Mobile Mechanics. Morgan responded to me within ten minutes of my initial inquiry. He agreed to come and take a look at my car but had another appointment and asked if it would be ok if he arrived later that night.... between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm. I was desperate to have my car mobile again and I agreed. He communicated with me hourly via text to give me an idea of his ETA. Once he arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix my car within two hours. The absolute best part of my experience was the price Morgan charged me for the work. I paid him one-third of the price quoted to me by three other car repair services. I was so pleased I tipped him $10 so all-in-all I only had to pay $90 for a repair that others told me would "start" at $250. I've arranged to have some other repairs done in the next couple of weeks. I would recommend Morgan of Campbell's Mobile Mechanics to anyone needing their car repaired quickly without having to break the bank to have it done! Thank you again Morgan!

A damn good mechanic…had quite a few attempt to fix my rides to no avail. But he had no problem, fast efficient and very reasonable on love costs

We came from out knoxville and broke down on the side of the interstate. Called campbells and they drove to us within a hour and put in a brand new alternator for us, and charged a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to anybody in the area needing their car fixed fast and for a great price!!!

Liar liar pants on fire. They say they on the way and never show up. Wouldn't want them to work on my auto since they are unreliable.
