Louis and Caleb are great guys! Came out to help winterize my parents RV. It was easy to make an appointment, came out the next day. Louis is very knowledgeable about his craft. He is kind, patient, and very helpful. If you need your RV worked on he’s your guy. Give him a call you won’t regret it.

Louis is very knowledgeable in RV maintenance. He explained the process he was going to use to repair my roof - and he did all that he said he would do. The RV is watertight and the new roof looks great! Looking forward to doing business with him next time I need RV help. I highly recommend Carolina RV Pros.

So my Travel trailer needed emergency repair as our wiring was smoking and it was in danger of going up in flames. They gave great service and a fair price. He knew his stuff. Specialized in the wiring issues unique to travel trailers. I'll sleep safe and soundly tonight. I will be using him in the future for sure. Thanks guys!

I’ve had Louis come out for several electrical problems I was having with my camper, he found the issue and fixed it without hesitation . His work is top notch quality. He is the greatest mobile rv person I’ve ever had work on my equipment in a very long time! I very highly recommend him!

Louis was very thorough in diagnosing my 12v electrical issues and resolved the problem. He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and handled another issue I had unrelated to his service call. I was extremely pleased with his service and will definitely use him in the future for all of my RV repairs.

Louis and his son Nick arrived at the campsite early - ready to tackle my RV issues. 🛠️ After a quick assessment he started on my AC short-cycling problem while clearly explaining the what and why process behind each step as he worked. After some thorough testing my ACs were working better than they had ever been while blowing out ice cubes! ❄️ He then got to work on the roof and proceeded just the same. He found the culprit, repaired what he could, then gave his recommendations to consider. It was a pleasure getting to know them. They're knowledgeable, polite and genuinely care about doing things right and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It was an exceptional service experience and I highly recommend Carolina RV Pros for any and all future RV services. 🚐💯

I messaged Louis about a few problems I had with my camper, I had no hot water and some outlet issues. Within 10 minutes of messaging he called me, we talked about the issues and he scheduled to come out same day. Louis and Nick were very helpful knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk to and worked efficiently, they explained and showed me what was wrong and how they fixed it..they also made sure all was working like the hot water before they left.. I will be using you guys again if I have any further camper issues, thank you so much! Me and my kiddo are super excited to have hot water again. Kiddo just got out of a nice warm bath! I would recommend Both Louis and Nick for RV/camper needs.

I have used several RV Companies in the past and Carolina RV Pros will be my go to RV service. Where do I start, First Louis and Nick addressed each individual problem and explained thoroughly the process to fix the problems, Of which I had several.
