Sharon at the San Clemente Caliber Collision location is an absolute SAINT! She needs a raise! I needed a smaller/moderate repair to my vehicle and she was not only beyond pleasant to speak with, but so helpful throughout the whole process. She did everything she could to make sure I got the best deal ($$) possible and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. She cut my initial estimate in HALF!!! I would HIGHLY suggest having your car repaired at this location. The other staff that I communicated with were also extremely considerate. I had my car repaired by Cal Star (competitor) for an alternative matter not too long ago, and I so dearly wish I had it repaired with Sharon at CC! They even vacuumed and washed my car! Insanely great service to be found here!!

Amazing service. Angelo was extremely informative with almost daily updates. Even when given an extremely tight timeline they pulled through. All work looks impeccable. Welds looked great. All paint work is matched and blends are unnoticeable in any light. Vehicle had aftermarket mods and they found the same parts to replace and made everything look exactly as it was. They even took the time to detail interior and exterior before receiving vehicle. Could not recommend any higher.

Caliber Collision in San Clemente is Awesome! Took my car in for bumper repair and replacement on Monday and they finished the job on Friday. Provided updates and details on the job throughout the job and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend the team over at CC in SC. Thank you guys.

From start to finish, the team demonstrated their expertise and professionalism, making me feel completely confident in their work. Not only did they fix the main issue with my car quickly and efficiently, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail. It was clear they knew exactly what they were talking about, and their advice was practical and easy to follow. What really stood out was when I mentioned a separate problem with another car. Instead of just focusing on the job at hand, they took a look at it for me and offered thoughtful, knowledgeable recommendations. Finding a repair shop that goes above and beyond while delivering expert service isn’t easy, but Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations in every way. I came here on short notice to get a quote and I was welcomed with friendly staff and was helped right away. I was assisted by OC, he was professional, well-spoken, and offered me some resources for the care of my car. He also offered small service which i was more than thankful for, I am confident and sure I'll be back! I highly recommend their service!
