Patrick was great! He kept me up to date on everything that they did to my car. There was some black spots on my headliner that were missed during detail but I called them and let them know, and they got it all cleaned up! 10/10 recommend! Noticed plastic bolts missing from the front end of my daughter’s Nissan. Stopped by Caliber and Lauren explained how the heat buildup over time (3+ years) probably caused them to fall out. She replaced them and this shop should recognize her outstanding customer service!

Dropped it off around Thanksgiving and nick smiley, an actual GOAT, told us he was going to work through it through the holidays and we got it a week before Christmas. For the damage done and the qaulity of work done afterwards, 3 weeks is pretty good, custom welding custom painting and waiting for parts, it was done in a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to drop by, they were fast and offer dropping us off to enterprise for a rental.

Fast friendly service, was able to book an appointment quick. Patrick was who I was working with for repairs. He was professional, explained the process and what work needed to be done, and gave me time frame I could expect to have my car back. They came through and the repairs done in much less time and even washed and vacuumed the car before returning it. The repairs look fantastic!

STAY AWAY! After an awful customer experience with this Caliber Collision location, the best recommendation I can give is to stay away from this place because they will rip you off and your insurance as much as they possibly can. My wife rolled off the road in a bad weather and hit a mailbox. Not much of a damage but they originally estimated it at $12,000… sounds too much but it was new car. After the vehicle was sitting there for about a month (at that point they didn’t even start working on it) Caliber Collision raised estimate to over $21,000. It took them another two months to order parts and get it fixed. Overall quality of the job is good but time (we waited 3 months to finally pick it up) and price is absolutely crazy. When we picked up the car tire pressure sensor didn’t work. Estimator (name Jaxson) told us it would take them another week to get it fixed but we can do it somewhere else and Caliber Collision will reimburse the expenses. We got the tire fixed at Discount Tire at only $62 but they politely refused to pay us back. I would say, if you got in an accident on a new vehicle, you better call a dealer to find out what collision center they work with and Caliber Collision is the last place to call

Caliber Collision on Image Dr in Spartanburg, SC did a great job. Our consultant, Jake, did a fantastic job with the estimate. He kept me informed throughout the process. He was able to move my repair through in a very timely manner. Jake was very professional, efficient, courteous and friendly all at the same time!!
