Dropped my car off on Monday for a few dings picked up Friday looks like a brand new car to me! Tyler & dawnyelll are the best they are very great people! If I ever need to come back I will come back to this location!

This collision repair shop went above and beyond. They were so professional and kind. They gave me extra additional information without me asking that I actually wanted to ask. I got my car back perfectly clean and looking beautiful. My vehicle was dropped off before my insurance had even notified them, but I got it back completed perfectly before the estimated completion date date.

Dawnielle, General Manager, and her team provided outstanding customer service. Tyler was my estimator and he was so good to work with through the repair process. He was very thorough and helpful and sent me updates throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help me. My car looked like a new car after it was repaired. All of the staff were professional and personable and helpful in making this a smooth process. A big thank you and shout out to Dawnielle, Tyler, Nicole and the auto body repair staff and Romeo. I went to Caliber for the first time three years ago and had the same experience with the staff at that time. If I need repairs done again, I will definitely go to the Caliber Collision location at Thread Lane in San Luis Obispo and I will recommend to family and friends if they need auto body repair work done. Caliber, You are the BEST!
