Excellent service and repairs done on my Audi, and Frankie the service advisor kept me well informed throughout the process. As you can see in the last photo, the vehicle looks amazing despite the prior damage.

Our car was in an accident and the driver's side of the car was badly damaged. The center post between the front door and the back door had to be totally replaced. Obtaining parts from Audi was difficult and a long process but the service that Caliber Collision gave us once the parts were received was the very best. The car looks immaculate and was delivered to us in perfect condition. I am very grateful to Frankie who kept me very well informed and did everything he could do during the whole repair process. You won't be disappointed if your car needs repair and you use Frankie at Caliber Collision of Escondido.

I dropped my car off at the Spring Valley location. We did an overview of the car while I was there. There were no photos taken no serious damage while I was there inspecting the vehicle with the service agent . I signed off on it and left. Then they transported my vehicle to the caliber collision European, Escondido. I received a phone Message saying my vehicle is ready called and said I won’t be able to make it to East county before close of business due to traffic coming from Miramar. The next morning, I arrived to the Spring Valley location and it was not there, they had not transported my vehicle. They didn’t call for a tow truck. Nothing was done. At this time, I had already dropped off my loaner vehicle at the enterprise. I had left work early with the expectation of having to go back to work (as I am an active duty service member). Only thing they offered to do was to either give me back my loaner while they figured out the situation or have me go to Escondido and pick it up. I did not have the luxury of waiting on a rental car dropping it back off again and waisting more time. I asked how long it would take for them to get a tow and they said that they would call for it at that moment and I would get my vehicle by at least 1:00 PM. I said OK that’s not bad. It gives me plenty of time to get back to work. I reemphasized to them that I didn’t have the privilege or time to wait to receive my vehicle and they assured me that I would get it close to 1 PM . 3 o’clock in the afternoon comes around and I still don’t have my vehicle. I call and I finally get fed up and I speak with the manager, Karen, She calls the tow company and asked for an ETA and then report back to me and I receive my car by 530pm. I explained to her that I was told I would receive my car earlier in the afternoon and that I’m still expected to go back to work and finish a job and now the standard that I uphold for myself as an activity duty service member has been compromised due to no fault of my own. She continued to apologize for the lack of professionalism that her and her staff carry. When I received my car, I noticed there was some damage to the front end of the vehicle so I requested all paperwork upon drop off and any other paperwork that was done on receiving it in the Escondido location. when I receive the paperwork, it looked as though someone whited out the original mileage and added on damage to the vehicle after I had already signed the document ( a different pen was used) This is considered forgery and fraud, when changing a document using someone’s signature. Karen continued to try and convince me that that’s just the way business is done. I continue to tell her that it is illegal for anyone to change a document without the consent or an amendment of the original document. Additionally, I left the vehicle with over a half tank and received my vehicle with a quarter of a tank left. She reassured me that they don’t go on joyrides however If you look at the photos, you’ll see that they whited out my mileage and changed it with different ink. Karen offered to come to the Spring Valley location and look at the damage of my vehicle. It’s been two months since I’ve heard from her. No one‘s reached out no inspection of my vehicle has been done. There is still damage to the front end of my vehicle as well as chips on the windshield (which are NOT marked on the intake inspection paper work that I originally signed and even after they altered the document without my consent) and overspray on the trim of my vehicle and my windshield has an imperfection as well. I highly urge you to find a different company, a different body shop to trust your vehicle with this place is completely fraudulent and unwilling to write their wrongs. Sorry doesn’t fix anything.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my BMW X3. I worked with Kenneth at the Venture St. location and he explained the repair process and the work was done ahead of the scheduled due date. The communication was very good and he kept me informed every step of the way!

Great experience at Caliber Collision Euro. David, my service manager, communicated daily with the progress of my vehicle. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Highly recommend. The work on my g wagon was perfection.

Caliber Collisions staff is excellent! They kept me informed about my car the whole time it was being worked on. It’s really wonderful to find a company that cares about the quality of work they do for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an exceptional company to fix their car.
