We had a great experience with the help of Evan. He answered all my questions and made sure our everything was well taken care of. Starting from the quote to the repairs everything was spot on. The deadline we were given and all. We appreciate Evan and all the staff that helped out with our truck repairs. Highly recommended!

This collision center was the worse experience I had. I dropped off my car on Jan. 19 and after that they started to work on it. They told me the car would be done by Feb. 29 which was a good date since I was going on deployment. Throughout that time period, they rarely called me about any updates and towards the end of the month of February, I had to call to check up on my car and they told me they would have to keep my car until April 19. They said their technician messed the car up and had to start all over again. Throughout this time I didn’t have a car so after they told me they were going to keep my car for 2 more months, I asked them for a rental since it on them that they had to keep my car. They denied my request so I was carless for 2 months. And again throughout those months they wouldn’t update me about my car. I would have to call every time just to see how my car was coming along. By March I had to deploy so I had my dad help me out since I wouldn’t be able there. My dad as well had to keep calling to hear updates. It was not until they started to work when a lawyer was contacting them because after they received a message from the lawyer, they said my car was done within 2 weeks. And till this day (May 15) they are not completely done. It’s now sitting at the dealership after they said they would deliver the car on Monday (May 13). I don’t recommend this shop at all. Update: After 5 months of waiting for my car, it’s still not fixed properly. The pieces were just put together but not aligned properly causing the paint to chip. There’s some black glue on the bottom of the car as well and the hood wobbles too. For a job like this it should be nearly free but they had the audacity to charge $15k for this work. I should have just bought a new car a this point. Now I have to take the car back for it to be fixed properly and I will have to wait more time for them to actually do it right. Definitely do NOT recommend this shop at all.

Reed was fantastic. He went above and beyond the call of duty from start to finish. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and my car looks fabulous. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs bodywork on their vehicle.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to any one, especially family and friends. The staff there was so kind and their communication was out standing. I knew at all times what was happening with my vehicle, I received daily updates they walked me through what the process was going to be thoroughly and my vehicle was finished early! The repair job was phenomenal; my car looked brand new and they even did a wash and vacuumed the inside. Definitely a company and staff you can trust.

Extremely happy with the customer service, Answered all our questions and very helpful with other options for fast and less expensive repairs. Customer service person, George, restored our faith in repair shops as he was very easy to approach in conversation and was very helpful in all areas of his wheelhouse. Yes, I would recommend Caliber Collision located on 1210 N. Melrose. Ask for Gini the Manger as she too was very knowledgably in the business.
