Super quick service, great communication and friendly staff! My original estimated repair timeline was about a month, which is to be expected based on the damage done to my car. This place is beyond amazing! We got rear ended and everyone there was so kind and accommodating! The entire process was stress free and they even finished earlier than anticipated. Brittany at the front desk was one of the main reasons I went with them Because when I called on the phone she was so nice and helpful and made the whole process feel like it was gonna run smoothly. Mike who was in charge of the repair was beyond amazing amd the body work was meticulously and wonderfully done. My car looks brand new and looks way better than it did before the accident. Also, huge shout out to Chuy who gave me a ride home while my car was being repaired. He is really a wonderful and truly kind guy and the ride home was actually fun getting to talk and laugh with him. Everyone at Caliber is great! I cannot say enough nice stuff about everyone who works there. Wonderful people who also do wonderful work! They really know what they are doing here. Andy quickly assessed the damage to my vehicle and ordered parts the day prior to repairs. My vehicle was repaired promptly and washed. I was notified when it was ready. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have snacks on the front office while you wait.

Had a great experience with Caliber. Had a car repair through insurance. They were fast (got done a week earlier than quoted) communicated regularly on the status and my car looks brand new! The work was flawless! Friendly on the phone and at the desk. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

We had to have front bumper replaced on a 12 year old car The model car stopped being sold in the US in 2018. Great job on finding replacement parts and now the car looks better than before the accident. We highly recommend Calibre Collision in Oceanside. Great job/very professional

First time car wreck. I was so anxious, didn't know what to expect. The Caliber team helped me calm down with their kind service, especially Rosie. I didn't know what to expect, they kept me informed at each step. I hope I never have to see them again!!! They do beautiful work!
