This is hands down the worst tow company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If I could rate them negative stars, I would. They left me stranded for hours, feeding me nothing but lies about when they’d arrive. When the driver finally bothered to show up, he was beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and acting like I was inconveniencing him. But the real scam came when they hit me with a ridiculous bill full of hidden fees. When I called to question the charges, their customer service was just as useless and disrespectful, refusing to explain anything or offer any help. It’s clear this company thrives on taking advantage of people in stressful situations. They don’t care about their customers—only about squeezing as much money as possible out of them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn’t trust them to tow a child’s toy car, let alone a real vehicle. If you value your time, money, and sanity, go ANYWHERE ELSE.

My boyfriend and I live in an apartment complex that we each pay for our parking spot (his is $50 per month, mine is $35 -$85 in total). His parking pass was on the dash board as the pass frequently falls. Never had a problem as we’ve been living here for almost a year now. My boyfriend was leaving work to find that his car was missing. Nowhere to be found.. he works 45 minutes away and has to leave early. We both panicked thinking the worst. Called the towing company, sure enough they had it. Man on the phone gaslit us saying his workers would never take a car with a pass visible. He said they check ALL AROUND and inside of the car. I know for a fact it was on the dash bc again, we haven’t touched it in A YEAR. He called us back and said “yeah it’s visible on the dash you can come take it” - no “I’m sorry”, nothing. Not to mention I’ve seen them tow cars and they are NOT gentle whatsoever and we work VERY hard for our belongings. Mind you their company is a 30 minute drive. I cannot up and leave my job to drop him off and now he has a call off for work bc they wrongfully took our car and had no remorse. What a scam. they stole our car and WE had to go pick it up…they weren’t even kind enough to drop off the car THEY stole lol. What the h3ll?!? WE lost money from not being able to work to afford the car, parking spot, APARTMENT. You’re so quick to gaslight individuals and take peoples money but have no remorse when it’s YOUR fault and can’t even compensate. Shame on you and your company. And shame on you for constantly stating you “suggest” we hang it up as if that makes it any less of your fault. I “suggest” you open up those eyes and pay attention! Maybe even slow down instead of thinking you’re gonna make a quick buck off somebody. Regardless of it being in the mirror or not, it was and always has been visible and YOU ARE AT FAULT!

I was able call they were there in 45 minutes (mine wasn't an emergency tow but yet they ran to me). Dwayne was great he is a "real" guy. Willing to listen to my ear full of drama why I needed the tow, and communicated. Car was safe and sound and he even backed it into my garage. K&M towing Dwayne is a key player. You'll have a customer next time i need you. Hopefully, not anytime soon. Thank you for the great customer service and communication

Truck was told on a Saturday it was hard to cross the street from my home I called k&m the gentleman answered the phone was very nice although it was a Saturday evening explain the office was closed and took off he did there find that they had my vehicle I called Monday morning which is today Mr Dimitri answer the phone property and I was a nervous wreck because a lot of things are going on and this is like the last thing I needed I had read their reviews so I was really kind of hesitant about contact very good he assure me that it was there and that if he needed to stay open later for me to get my vehicle an accommodate me getting it he would the amount of care the amount of professionalism that he rendered to me I really needed today and I could tell it was not over inbellished and that it was his natural attribute I had to call to confirm some things several times in each time he never was nasty he was always reassuring always avail to himself as a professional even one time when he was out working or busy so I recommend this place yes the circumstances that I was introduced to this place was not favorable for me but because of Mr Dimitri's kindness and generosity it seems to be naturally held I kind of calmed down and was able to get some things done I appreciate it more than he will know and I even recommended him to my church and other people because it's not always told for being parked wrong sometimes you're stranded in the middle of the night or something and he's the type of person that you will want to call on

Car was towed from my paid spot. My pass was in the window. Car got towed anyway. When we got to the lot the owner could see the pass in the window and let me have my car back with no charge. Would get a 1 star for the mess but gave 3 stars because they were at least stand up and honest in the long run; which these days is rare.
