The receptionist were always pleasant when I went in, but the service managers were not honest. I had to take my truck in multiple times because the wrong parts were order, one of the trips they put down that they fixed a recall issue only for them to say the next time I took it in they hadn't fixed it because the wrong part came in. One of the mechanics also scratched and put small dents in the side of my truck. I was told they would fix it but the body shop was busy. Here we are 5 months later and no call.
