He came on the service call and ran diagnostics. He came up with the same codes as I did I paid for his service but he never fixed my vehicle. I told him I needed it fixed before the 8th of this month but on the day he was to return he texted me saying he had previous engagements then never heard from him

Mr Saben responded very quickly after sending him a message. It seemed that my truck was going to shake right off the road. I decided to pull over and wait for him to arrive. He was very quick. he climbed under my car for just a minute, diagnosed the problem it was off to the auto parts store. Wasn't much longer after he arrived back that he had me back on the road and going again. I highly recommend this business. I don’t even know where to start besides my car wasn’t drivable with me being pregnant and having children I had no other option besides to get fixed. Mr. Sabin went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. He worked on it day and night to make sure it was safe. I do now he replaced the wheel bearing, rotor, brakes and whatever else was needed. Mr. Sabin is very reasonable and takes his time to make sure his work is done right. The starter on our Honda went out on a Friday afternoon. Chris was willing to pick up a replacement part and do the repair at our location that same day. It was a difficult repair because of the location of the starter. He went above and beyond to get us up and going. Thanks so much!

What a crazy weekend! I could have lost my life or I could have been stranded out there in Columbia City even longer in my broke down truck! But CS Mobile Auto Repair came to my rescue!!! Check out my experience….. I m from Cleveland, Ohio and I was heading back home from Plymouth, Indiana from some work I had out there over the weekend. On the way back home to Cleveland, my brake line went out on the highway in Columbia City!!! Swear, I saw my life flash before me! Luckily no other cars were close by! I honestly don’t know how my GMC Sierra came to a stop! I have angels! I found CS Auto Repair on Google. I appreciated the great reviews he already had. Chris responded within minutes of my reaching out and showed up when he said he would. He never left my truck until my brake lines were functioning correctly and bled out. He even drove my truck around the parking lot a bit to make sure my brakes were good. I was planning on leaving in the morning, but it was getting late and I decided I to stay in a hotel that night. Chris, said he would come out again before I left if my brakes were still not quite right in the morning! Such dedication and care this mechanic has! Because of him, I was able to drive home in peace with functioning brake lines! He even texted me to make sure I was okay on highway. Thank you so much CS Auto Repair! I am truly grateful for you. He was like one of my angels yesterday and his work was amazing!
