Outrageously rude and uncooperative business. My mother paid $500, only to get power steering fluid filled up and a diagnostic that finds nothing wrong with no detailed report on what was checked. Calling afterwards to follow up when the 'special' power steering fluid they overcharged for drains dry in a week will get you hung up on twice and yelled at to go to another mechanic with no money back or further diagnostics for "being hard to work with". They also did not mention prices when they confirmed the services with my mother, so watch out for that. I called to get more details for my mom on what exactly they already checked for so we could tell another mechanic where to start looking, and that offended their sensibilities as well. Every other mechanic I've dealt with gives a detailed report when doing diagnostics - but they only give a receipt and are offended when you ask for more detail. It should be clear by the lack of responses on the several other negative reviews that they don't care about their reputation and will only be cooperative when they are scamming you with their inflated pricing. I've never experienced such childish behavior from a business until now.

I was having trouble keeping my truck cranked up just so happen I was at the best place for this to happen ended up at butlers. So happens I live an hour away he was able to get it going for so I could make it home with the kids. I had an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend them for any of your vehicle problems. What I have said don't do them justice just the best place every for your need. Definitely a 20 out of 10 . Look them up and give them a call today.

Both times we've taken our vehicles to Butler, our issue was diagnosed, parts ordered that very day. And our cars back to us within 3 days. Clear communication. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. And very reasonably priced. Having paper route vehicles, we have more than a few horror stories from mechanics in Greenwood. We will always go back to Butler in the future.
