Went and bought battery was told it would be installed only to take positive post a loose and go on break and left me outside for abt 15 to 20 min before someone else came and finished it wish Kim was there that wouldn't have happened real unprofessional 😐

Great service everytime. But I have a project car with hard to find parts. Most times I just wish I didn't have to wait for out of stock parts. But great service from knowledgeable employees. Friendly and patient care. Since my last review this store has become increasingly horrible combined with the online service it's best not to come here anymore. I most recently had to leave 75$ on the table there and a part. Still didn't get the right part but got plenty of attitude. So I just left the part and the money. How bad are things when a loyal paying customer just gives up on their money? Order number 179792818200. Thanks. 4/16/2025 following up still no resolution on this item or funds it's official they steal from their customers. Update store across town kinda helped. I got a part. I closed my account they are free of me. And I them.
