The favorable ratings for this business are from yesteryear with the previous owner. Aaron Farrell repaired the front of my car from a collision. I picked it up when finished and the temperature gauge started to climb. I called and reported this to him and he cited this as, I quote: "It has to be your luck because it was fine when I drove it". As it turns out, the fastener for the lower radiator hose was not up and over the lip of the outlet, causing the hose to come off and drain the coolant. I asked him to call me, but never heard from him. Paying him in full was a mistake. Once he had my money he wrote me off.

I chose this business to paint my hood and fenders due to sun damage on my Denali. Thomas did an excellent job, like WOW! Looks like I drove it off the lot. Car was ready the day as promised and he even did some additional trimming on the doors. I will Definitely be returning! I have used other small businesses before and they had left swirls in my paint, that was not the situation this time, my paint was black and still looked like glass. Highly recommend!

I went to Bumper 2 Bumper for my vehicle and the staff was very friendly and professional. This company knows how to treat their customers. They were quick to attend to my needs and worked with me and my budget to get a fair price. They began working on my vehicle shortly after I arrived and kept me up to date with what they were doing. I am pleased with their service. I would recommend this company simply because they care and I will be going back to them again in the future.

I was looking for a cheap car to purchase, and I did. You get what you pay for I guess. I took my car into Bumper 2 Bumper to have them make it look a little nicer. WOW! They did such an amazing job on repairing the dents and an absolutely exceptional job on repainting the car. Now I can say my investment is well worth it. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Bumper 2 Bumper. I took my car in and asked them to do whatever needed to be done since I hadn't serviced it in a few years. The technicians that worked on my car were excellent and explained everything in detail. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair what was wrong with my car.They only did what I thought they needed to do for a reasonable price. They even recommended that I buy tires online and have them shipped to the store to save myself some money! I'm very impressed with this place and will definitely be returning.
