I've been here 3 different times 2 separate vehicles. Always excellent service from staff. 6 smog in total heading in again for a 7th.

We were on a trip south on Hwy 101 when the temperature warning light came on. We added some coolant fluid, but that didn't help. So we took the next exit and drove to the nearest service station. Thank goodness it was Lube N Go! They gave us an estimate, ordered a new thermostat, installed it, took our car on a test drive to make sure everything worked, and we were back on the road 90 minutes after we pulled in. Everyone at Lube N Go was courteous, friendly, and professional. This being the second time a new thermostat was installed, I can tell you that this team got it done faster and for less than at the other place. I couldn't be happier with how we were treated at Lube N Go. Highly recommend it!

Mike provided excellent services for my vehicle, not to mention he was very friendly. I have never had such open communication with a service center like this before. He recommended services in an honest open manner with no pressure. He even discounted some of the parts, which was a great help. I had taken my car to other places in the recent past, which left me doubtful and skeptical about their service. I had a really wonderful experience. Thank you Mike. You and your guys are a great team! I will continue to see them for future car needs.
