I am from Washington state, and the engine of our car blew out a few miles from these guys- we picked this place purely by chance and they went above and beyond for us. Cliff took our Subaru off our hands and sold us a new car for really really cheap--honestly don't know how we would've gotten home without them, let alone the motel that they were kind enough to drive us too ( it was 120 degrees out). Incredibly grateful for their amazing service. Absolutely the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

They changed my master break cylinder on on motor home. They did not tighten the bolts. It came off the vehicle going down a steep 4 mile mountain grade. Almost killed me and others. I called them and they said they would come to where I was stranded the next day. I was stranded for a week. They never showed up. I got another mechanic to come fix it. I went to their place of business several times to get a refund and they would not refund My money. The old owner Cliff was honest and reliable. NOT the new owner. I almost died because of them. I have the proof!

Called Bullhead Auto Repair after reading the good reviews. I spoke to Kyle and brought my F150 in because my truck kept dying. Kyle tested everything and determined it needed a new alternator. He replaced the alternator and then it wasnt charging the battery. He replaced the alternator again and finally showed it was charging the battery correctly. This was done on a Sat when their normally closed and he wanted to make sure i was happy and everything was done right.. so he opened shop to get this done. Thanks again Kyle for going the extra mile!! Definitely recommend Bullhead Auto Repair to anyone in the area.

What can I say, locating this auto shop was the best find for me. I can't remember the last time I had an honest mechanic that took pride in there work that didn't look to rip off the customer. Great family place. I will be going back when I need to service my car again. I do recommend them. Solid 5 stars...

Awesome service! My friend and I blew the water pump on my midwestern Jeep right when we got to bullhead city a year ago and we were able to get it to this shop in the morning and they were able to get it done and we were back on the road by the early afternoon! Great rates too! Very friendly staff, highly recommend this place!
