All About Towing & Repair

This man is stealing cars I called him about getting my old Car off my lot because he had an ad posted in the white Sheets for buying junk cars, no paper and free tow included. I gave him my address and he showed up at my house without me there hooked up the car and took it then told me that he’ll pay me when I bring my title and my car keys. he also tried to tell me that I said I wanted a free tow, why would I call for a free tow for an ad listed money for junk cars free tow included no papers needed anyways don’t use this company. It’s horrible and he’s stealing cars literally I’ve had to make a police report.

I used this company at the lake when we got stuck in there. The man was extremely rude, scared my 6year old. Said it was $400 to tow us literally 50 feet. When we didn't have the cash on us, he was going to leave us there. I was finally able to talk him into towing us out, and following us to the bank. I will never use this company again. I epuld rather walk than use this company again.

I called to find out if they would be able to tow my car to the tire shop and how much it would be and the guy I'm talking to ends up telling me maybe next time, he can't help right now, he just doesn't feel like taking this one. Why bother answering the phone at all. I can understand if I was mumbling or maybe talking to fast but unfortunately, that was not the case. I've yet to use their services, so I just wanted to know if they provided the service, and how much it would be, but probably depends on who answers the phone.

My 75 year old parents have the premium Good Sam membership, They had a problem with their airbag system on their 40ft diesel pusher and called Good Sam for assistance. They sent these dirt bags from Bull Head City - My parents were in North Las Vegas. What were they thinking???? It took them 3 hours to get there mean while my parents were in 102 degree heat. Good Sam couldn't find anyone closer??? The guy shows up in a small passenger car with no equipment, parts, or tools smelling like he just smoked a pound of weed and demands 300 cash before he even looks at the problem. He then tries to get them to sign a document that would cost them $750.00 before he even knew what the problem was. They told him sorry but this seems like a scam.... He then threatens them he is not leaving unless they give him $300 cash they were so scared they paid the dirt bag thief just so he'd leave. NEVER EVER CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE HONESTLY DEALT WITH. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF PLEASE CALL THESE CLOWNS THAT IS THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT! Thank you Good Sam for introducing these low life scumbags to my elderly parents!!!!

I had no problem with All About Towing Good Sam had All About Towing sent to me. My motorhome would not restart after fueling at fuel pump. Before they arrived Bruce gave me directions of possible ways to get my vehicle to start so maybe i would not need him due to being stuck at the pumps Tbey were quick to respond and had us going in no time by changing the starter. Bruce said he has been in business for years many different calls with situations. I will definitely refer and recommend this company to all needing help here in the area. It was very nice to have the owner himself with a helper come to my rescue.
