Scheduled service appointment online. Arrived @ scheduled time greeted & checked in by very pleasant young man. Proceeded to go inside & individual at counter was miserable, rude & condescending. He did not have my appointment in system.(probably lying) I showed proof of my confirmed appointment. He then told me I was supposed to call to provide my information over the phone-I guess he means the information that I provided online when I made the appointment?! No where online did it state that I needed to call. Reluctantly, said he could take my car but I had to leave it-I was planning to wait for it. Due to the issue I brought it in for, I would have to pay for the diagnostic fee(not a problem for me) & leave the car. I again reiterated that I could not leave the car that I did not anticipate that. He states that with the issue I am describing it would need to be left…this is not my area of expertise how would I know? He then wants to ask if I have ever been there before, am I in the system, etc It was clear he was not interested in helping me. Find another job customer service is to HELP customers. So rude!!
