Hassett Ford Service

Called early this morning to the service department because my wife locked her keys inside her Explorer and couldn't get to work. The advisor that helped me over the phone was able to quickly and calmly help me gain access to our Explorer and get to work on time. He was awesome and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Great service thanks a million!

Gary and John are the absolute best! They explained everything to me in lay men’s terms so I could understand what was going on with my car. I seriously appreciate that they took that time and made me feel at ease. Thank you for amazing service and for being honest!

Service was fine Service advisor was pleasant and informative Facility clean and neat A little disappointed that had an appointment for oil change while I wait, and that it took 2 1/2 hours to have done. I get that is was busy, but with while wait appointments, should only book up to a certain amount so do not have to wait that long. Also was recommended that get a transmission fluid flush for $399 Thought that was a little excessive and declined that recommendation

I always have a great experience when I come to Hassett service. They’re quick to get you in and out and will address your issues without question. It’s always such a pleasure when I work with Kathi or Alex as they know their stuff and are so nice! When I get my reports back after my service is done, it’s clear the mechanic team is thourough and listens to your concerns as well.

They did an extensive engine repair on a high mileage car during the covid period when parts became difficult to obtain. Needless to say almost 4 years later the repair has kept the engine running strong with 257k + miles! Thank you staff@ Hassett Ford.
