AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEYOND MEASURE!!!! I was greeted with a genuine smile and wave by Josh, who went well above-and-beyond to help me fully assess and fix some issues with my mother’s car. Josh and the other employees, including Rob, were so genuinely kind and helpful…..a true old-world skillset that is sadly no longer part of most businesses. The shop is immaculate and well-organized. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into services I did not desire. Moreover, Josh and his team helped to find reasonable/budget-friendly solutions for my needs. The quote for services was well under dealerships quoted and they worked expediently and thoroughly. I truly wish they had a “Buellton Garage” in Santa Barbara, where I live. I cannot recommend this business enough!

This was my first time going to Buellton Garage. I went in for just an oil change but got so much more. They treat you like you matter. They go beyond the call of duty. Brandon was a big help explaining all the other maintenance the car will need in the future. Good place to go for repairs or maintenance and tires.

I had a fantastic experience at Buellton Auto Garage! Their online appointment system is incredibly easy to use, making scheduling a breeze. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I brought my car in for service, which included an oil change, and with a $25 off coupon, the total came to just $106.92—a great value. My car runs noticeably smoother now, which is a testament to the quality of their work. Tim was my service advisor. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the location is easy to find. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and picked it up by 2 PM—quick and efficient service. They even provided a full inspection report aftwards with photos and a video to understand each part of the report. That was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely be returning for my next maintenance service and highly recommend Buellton Auto Garage to anyone in the area looking for reliable and friendly auto care.

I took my 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe to Buellton Garage for major engine service and found the team to be professional, knowledgable, and trustworthy. They kept me informed regularly with updates on their work, were up-front about their findings and recommendations, and charged a fair price. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, local, family-owned shop!

Showed up late in the afternoon for a flat tire repair. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and they agreed to fix my tire despite the late arrival. As I sat waiting, I observed how they treated their customers on site and on the phone - all politely, professionally, and with respect. In addition, all the interactions I saw amongst the staff were pleasant and professional. Nice business!
