Bryant's kept me informed with a link to know what step my car was on & the estimate date. Loved that my car was completed before the 6 business days they gave me. Got it back in 4 business days!!! Can't even tell it was backed into!!

These guys are the best in town. Hurricane Helene damaged my 2014 Chevy Silverado and Bryant's Body Shop made it look like new. I highly recommend this body shop for repairs. Will definitely do business again. Thanks!!

My truck was wrecked on the whole driver's side. Bryants ordered me a new door, and fixed the drivers side to where it looks like a brand new truck. It took 12 days to get my truck back. They even cleaned my truck on the inside and outside. I was very impressed!!! Great job to Bryant's body shop!!!

We have used Tim and his staff for a total of 5 car repairs. Obviously they did a great job or we would not have been back. So. why the 1? Car was damaged after Helene, I understood the 3 weeks with no power and no Internet, I understood the being behind due to all of the previously mentioned issues. But what I did mind was the lack of contact regarding the repair process, I did mind the lies I was told on the many calls I had to make to check on my car. What I did mind was being told it was done and it wasn't. What I did mind was being told on a Friday the car was being taken to the dealership on Saturday morning, they were making an a above and beyond attempt to get it repaired, only to find out it actually was taken Tuesday afternoon while I was there to pick it up! Yes, attempts were made to reach me that morning but sorry I was busy and don't always answer calls. Car was taken to the dealership, looked at, and returned to me. What I did mind was the dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree stating ALL the safety features were OFF. Now please understand, Fred Anderson Honda dropped the ball as well. Their service department is a nightmare to reach and I understand Tim had to get supplements from State Farm as well. So, I understood all of that. WHAT I did mind was the out of sight, out of mind mentality. My calls to Bryant's weren't getting answered or returned, neither were text. I took the car myself as I am closer to the dealership 2 times, the last time it was to repair the same dashboard light issue. I was not paying out of pocket, so it sat for almost a week at the dealership. I couldn't get Bryant's to return my calls, they did answer State Farms, who transferred me to Bryant's...2x's State Farm called them for me. I did get my car back from Honda after they reached out to Bryant's and said hey look we are going to give this customer back her car and we will bill ur acct. That should have been done originally. This process took a total of over 16 weeks of which I had a rental car for 30 days. So, is everything fixed now, the answer is NO!!! Due to removal of paint tape during body shop repair process (I know as my cousin owned a body shop) some of the top coat of paint was peeled off. Now Tim said it would be an easy repair but since my calls and messages are NEVER answered, how would I know and would I trust them EVER again. NOPE. NO WAY... AIN'T GONNA HAPPENED.
