Not knowing anything about headlights. Brandon gave me the best helping hand ever. He not only replaced my headlights! He noticed a messing bolt in my air filter as well. This gentleman went to his truck and found me a bolt and replaced it on his own. When I say this was the best service ever!! Big ups to Brandon for assisting me with my issues. I was very grateful for his service and generosity!!

Went here for a battery test and got the best customer service from Brandon C! He’s someone that actually likes his job and likes being able to help other people ( I feel he does by his vibe,hard work & dedication)! He changed my battery and discovered my positive terminal was terrible. He spent atleast and hour helping me. He got my terminal changed for me and my battery but not once made me feel like I was holding him up, like I was aggravating him or like he really didn’t want to help. He took his time fixing what needed to be fixed and did an awesome job doing it! I rarely get this type of service when going to an auto parts store. I had my 3 & 9 year old girls with me, of course they ran out of patience but Brandon didn’t act like they were bothering him either. He’s an amazing worker who is dedicated to his job! Whomever his parents are I want them to know they did an amazing job raising him! He’s so polite and has the best manners! Hopefully he’ll get to see this and know how much I truly appreciate all his help. And corporate & his manager y’all have an amazing employee! Brandon deserves a promotion or something if he wants to move up. Brandon keep up the great work & customer service!

On the way to Hilton Head for vacation with the family and our car started having issues. We came to this store for help to see what was wrong with our Maxima and check scan codes. The employees were awesome and accommodating to myself and my family, I could not have asked for better customer service. The parts guy, also named Brandon, helped us diagnose and fix our car so that we could make it to our destination. 10/10 would recommend, excellent guys there. Advance Auto Corporate, if y'all see this, Brandon deserves a promotion! 🍻🤘

Placed an online order. The order was waiting as I entered the store. Plus I saved 20-percent for ordering online! I was in and out in 5 minutes! The sales associate was very nice. It was great the core could be returned at another store. Thanks for a great price and experience! Advance Auto is my place to go for car parts!

I went here today and was helped by the associate Parker. I called up there asking if i could get my windshield wipers put on for me and he welcomed me to come and he’d do it for me. Parker was the absolute sweetest and did my windshield wipers in 5 minutes IN THE RAIN! that boy needs a raise!
