I was stranded at work with a dead battery. Broad & James Towing came out with plenty of text updates of arrival times. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. He had recommended places to go for best priced batteries. I would wholly recommend this towing service!

We have used Broad & James on a few occasions to take our vehicles to the shop. Every time we have, we have had a great experience! They are great at keeping you updated. Dispatch is always very kind and helpful. The drivers are always very nice and professional. We had Brian a few days ago and as always, we were impressed. They care about our vehicles and always follow up!

They were great. Truck came within 30 mins. The dispatcher was really helpful and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable while getting my car to it’s destination safely.

I have used them for business in the past and they have always been great to work with. Recently I had to have my car towed and they made it so easy. The driver arrived within 30 minutes and I received text updates when the driver was on the way and when arriving. My car arrived safe and sound at the shop and the driver was very pleasant and helpful.

My child and I were stranded on a main highway and almost two hours away from home. I was absolutely terrified. I want to say thank you first to the dispatcher who cared greatly for our safety and gave clear communication. Next I want to thank our Tow Truck driver. He got to us within the hour and he was very kind and accommodating. I felt safe while riding in the tow truck and made it home in a timely fashion. I want to add that my daughter is autistic, and doing new things usually makes her very upset, and to know she felt safe as well was top priority. We are very thankful. Also, after insurance, I will say the tow was nothing short of affordable. I'm very pleased with the service I was given. 5 stars. And if I ever am in the area needing a tow again, I'll be sure to use this company!
