Worst service ever. They don't give a copy of the receipt. They say it's my fault if I didn't get a receipt for towing the same day. Do not use their services. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD TOW TRUCK

I wanted to take a minute and detail my exceptional experience I had with this body shop. I previously brought my wife's Honda Accord to Brighton Collision to have some bodywork done. I was very pleased with the work they provided. Recently I purchased some Aluminum Tubular flat fender flares and a new custom grille for my Jeep Wrangler JK .I also needed my front & rear bumpers painted and the undercarriage undercoated. I am very particular about the quality of work I want performed on my Jeep. After speaking with John the owner he was very thorough in assuring me that he would personally make sure everything will be done up to my standards. I received a call from John he stated that my aluminum flat fenders had a lot of imperfections in the metal. He stated that in order to get them in perfect shape too paint there would be quite a bit of labor involved. He recommended that he paints them with a rough Bedliner paint then spray them my body color, that way you wouldn't see any imperfections in the metal. He said this was a more economical way to paint them. At this point I was vey uncertain but decided to give it a shot. John kept my up to date with all of the progress on my vehicle throughout the whole process and went as far as sending me pictures of the work as it was being done. He sent me a picture of the fender flare after it was painted and to my surprise I was pleasantly surprised by the way they looked. The time came for me to pick up my jeep and I was truly amazed at the quality of the work that was done. John and his team went above and beyond my expectations . Since then two of my friends who own Jeeps had their fender flares painted the same way by Brighton.

Amazing experience. Guys are professionals and treat you like family. All the guys there are super friendly. I had my rims blacked out and calipers painted red for my 2020 Audi Q3. Very happy with the work they’ve done.

I don’t recommend this shop at all. I would give them 1 stars only reason I’m not is because the first time I brought my car here I had no complaints but my car was in pretty bad shape and I could of just been happy to get it. Second time I brought my car here was terrible experience. They’ll said a bunch of stuff is wrong with your car just to get extra money out of the insurance company, they’ll actually bang up a part of your car before the insurance company comes to inspect it to claim another part of the vehicle. They order after market parts/ used parts. First time I brought my car there the paint job was good. Second time the paint job was terrible. When I went to pick it up they told me they painted the car but actually didn’t, good thing I took pictures of my car before they started working on it, the car look exactly the same scratches in the same spot. A week or two later I had transmission problems. I never had any problems with my car before that. Went back to see manager/ owner and everyone starts hiding or giving you the run around. They come off as nice in the beginning and then rude towards the end. Con artists!! The only reason I didn’t report them to the insurance company is because I was under someone else insurance. You can tell they don’t care because they don’t respond to none of their negative reviews.
