Brake Shop Customer Reviews

I was referred to the The Brake Shop and brought my 2005 Sonata in to have "ALL" my belts changed! (9-1-2010) I paid $624.00 as they smiled in my face - On Sept 29, 2014 my Timing belt broke while I was driving on the 215 - Lost power! For a woman that's scary! Turns out my timing belt was NEVER changed!!! How was I suppose to know that it was NEVER changed???? 4 years later....the belt breaks and I have to pay major cost to have repairs done all because these JERKS LIED about changing the belts!!!! I do regular maintenance to take care of my car and these a-holes took advantage of me...a woman! I trusted them to do the right thing and they took my money, smiled in my face and when they moved from Washington & Decatur to the new location I was going to have them do my brakes...(not knowing they scammed on me with my brakes) and they never returned my call...I wonder why? Because the powers that be knew they were CROOKS and they are NOT to be trusted!!!! I am sending them to the better business bureau and when I get on the radio...I will let everyone know NOT to patronize "The Brake Shop!!" Jerks!!!!
