Brake Masters

Been coming here since September 2023. They have performed the following work on our Town and Country: Brakes, rotors, radiator, oil change, suspension replacement, and alignment. They are fair, and have been spot on with the estimate and timing. Anytime I have a question they answer it straight forward. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks Sima and Team

Brake Masters is awesome! My husband and I came in on New Years Eve just 20 minutes before they closed and they welcomed us in with no problems. We needed our front headlights changed. We bought them from Autozone and brought them initially to a different place that was going to charge us $90 for the job. We left and came to Brake Masters. Luis fixed it in less than 5 minutes and when we came back inside they told us it was on the house! This was unexpected but was such a kind thing to do, we sure will be back!

Just had a full brake service done at Brake Masters. Pads, rotors and brake fluid. Car was done right away without an appointment. It was completed on time and per the agreed upon competitive price. This is the second time I have had this car serviced at Brake Masters. The previous brake service/parts was done several years ago and the brakes lasted 110,000 miles of mixed driving which tells me Brake Masters is truly using quality parts. I couldn’t be happier. Thx to the entire Team.

Brakes front and rear, inner/outer tie rods, upper/lower ball joints, wheel bearings, full brake flush, oil change and alignment. These guys handled it quick - they nailed everything I knew needed attention. Came back two days later with new rims and tires because my tires were shot they not only took care of me they threw it back up on the alignment rack to make sure it was 100% I had a couple questions with the service and without hesitation they took care of it to accommodate me- no argument just a care for 110% customer satisfaction. Great group of service Tech's, energy and environment. * if you drive you should understand basics about your car * always double check the work done and if you can't just ask so you can see and understand. *if you have a concern respectfully ask - no one shop is perfect These guys do 1 hell of a good job. Price was fair "in my opinion" and I cannot complain- If you guys at brake masters read this- thank you for putting in hard work day in day out.

Amazing people!! I was working for Lyft and dropping off a customer. The Manager I am assuming noticed something dragging under my car. He came over and told me to pull on a bay and he would look at it for me. It ended up being my undercarriage that was connected to my bumper (wonderful Cali dips🤣😂). He fixed my issue in less than 10 min and I asked to pay him and he didn't charge me a dime. I would send anyone to this place. Thank you again!! 😊

"Extremely disappointed with Brake Master. They failed to properly diagnose my car's issue but still charged me $1000 for a service that solved nothing. I essentially paid for nothing. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place at all."

I had a brake job at this place 2 years ago. I was charged over $850 to replace front brakes and rotors and rear brake pad, which they didn't replace my rear brake pads. After 2 years, the rear brake pads are touching the rotors' metals already. They charged me without doing it. I never come back to this place again.
