Brake Masters

Went in for my breaks and they did a great job. It’s hard finding people who do QUALITY work, especially in the HD. They didn’t run my pockets either lol. They were fast, but most importantly efficient. Everyone in there is really friendly. This place is like a one stop shop, so you don’t have a bunch of random people touching your car. I’ll definitely be back for all my maintenance. 10/10 do recommend !

This company worked on my corvette and i told them to be careful because my car is very low to the ground and it can't be put on a normal lift and what does this guy do?? Trys to get it to go on a lift that is way too high and damaged my car doing about $ 3000 dollars damage to my corvette so the guy tells me my brake job is on the house because he does not want a claim on his insurance! So i agree because the damage is on the undercarriage of the car and it is not visible unless you get down and look up! So i thought that was the end of it! But this guy reports to the credit bureau that i owe him $2400. For a brake job. I have photos of the damage and the car stuck on the lift! and i had to pay $2400 to them to get this removed from my credit. in the pictures you can see the damage to my corvette and the 6 inch high lift that they tried to put my corvette on. do not use these guys

I came here because my car was hesitating when trying to start it. I was referred by a friend to come here, and I was not disappointed! I was anxious when coming in, but Roger helped ease my mind and put a smile on my face. The prices are reasonable, and I would definitely go back if I need anything else done with my car, especially if Roger is there :)

Roger and his crew were wonderful. We pulled in right before they were about to close, but after taking a look at our car, they stayed open to make sure that the brakes were fixed and had us out in less than an hour. We also appreciated that Roger walked us through what happened with the brakes and gave us instructions on what he'd recommend having looked at and at what frequency. He was thorough without being condescending, and, even though we were road-tripping and had another eleven hours to go, told us to call him to follow-up if we had any questions or needed him to go back over his instructions on what to get checked and when.

The guys at Brake Masters stayed open late for us because we were on a road trip and would have been *stranded* if we didn’t get the brakes fixed immediately. They were very honest, fast, helpful, and explained everything. I highly recommend supporting this business.

Do not recommend I had finished getting my new pair of tires at Americas tires and got a coupon from them to come and align my vehicle here, and as soon as we get there, first thing that comes out of the mouth of a employee is “what do you need” no “hello, how are you doing” or “what can we do for you”, anyways I still proceed to go through with my alignment, and there employees were super rude, the whole time. Anyways fast forward to when they align my vehicle. They take it down from the lift, and they test drive it, (keep in mind my car is straight piped) and as he’s driving down the street as soon as pulling out of the parking lot, he proceeds to floor the vehicle, you can hear the downshift and everything. No need to floor it with no danger around, I was there watching. Super disrespectful employees, I will never trust them with my vehicle or any. When it was time to go, they called me up to pay, and when they took out the paper for the alignment before and after, guy decided to not let me get a copy of it, instead proceeded by saying to take a picture, every shop I have went to get a vehicle aligned has always showed the before and after and given me a copy. So I take a picture, and on the way home, the before and after of the alignment is not matching up with the one they gave me in paper. Keep in mind it’s before on top and after on bottom. Nothing on it matched up, so there lying about there work and, the alignment was still off on my vehicle, literally got it the same way I took it. Would not recommend.
