Totally took advantage of two ladies from out of state. We had an engine light come on and had the diagnostic code revealing poor exhaust flow. took it to Brad’s. They said sure they could squeeze us in. Said they needed to clean out the valves which would take a while. Had the car all day. Picked it up right at closing. Told us then that it actually needed a part and charged $300. Couple miles down the road the engine light is back on! Come to find out, Brad’s place did NOT clean out any valves as promised. Also found out from two other mechanics that the part did NOT need replaced. When we got back home we had the valves cleaned out and only paid $180. Bunch of liars and scammers at Brad’s Complete Auto

Mike is the man! He provides top notch customer service and is knowledgeable and easy to understand. Had a complicated issue but they got me my car back the next day. Mike was able to lower my repair bill by a little bit, which was very much appreciated as well. Thanks again!

Mike is a newer guy up front- I’d been to Brads once - before - A while back. I went up there to ask about concerns on a few things . Seeing he was new I wasn’t sure how I would be treated as the last up front employees were rude! I went anyway since it’s closer to home- Prior I asked around if people would recommend Brads - They said no because they are rude & to high costs. Anyway I was happy I went back last week to see that a new guy was there & I guess he took over the job and he is so much more kind and professional! They took my car in and had one thing fixed to my surprise in a little time. Affordable too . Being a senior citizen and having worries of costs & not so good demeanor-it kept me from repairs. Now I feel more comfortable after that experience.. at Brads ! Thanks to Mike and the guy who worked in the shop ( mechanic)that Friday - Maybe now can try to get some work done- If reasonable and able to fix and Friendly … I’m happy to come back!! Very well recommend this shop ! The old lady with little white dog!

Brad's has been great; I just had a dead battery in my car. Got it towed there, and they got it all fixed up the next day, no appointment and only charged for the new battery. They have also done other short/no notice repairs for me. Super nice folks and great at getting you back on the road.
