Called to get a quote for winterizing my small 25hp outboard pontoon motor. The lady was having a hard time finding how much it would be then supposedly found it and said $249 plus tax. I said are you sure cause that seems high as other places are only charging around $150 or so. She immediately got defensive telling me that I should tell Brad his prices are too high and wouldn’t let me finish my conversation cutting me off about asking for the breakdown or what it includes and ended up hanging up on me. Very very rude and unprofessional lady working for your business potentially losing customers like that. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not but either way you don’t take it out on customers. I wasn’t being rude or argumentative rather just trying to see what that included that you’re charging $249 plus tax to winterize a small outboard motor and also I was asking if you read something wrong because you couldn’t find the charges for that in your new system. I will never take my business here and make sure others are aware of this rudeness from this business if asked about it.

I had found a 45-year-old boat. The boat had not run in years. I took it to Brad and he was very upfront about his pricing and what he could do. Brad was like your old school mechanic. He actually talked with me and he actually took time with me. Brad made the repairs to my boat engine and on September 9th 2020 I hit the water with it and had an enjoyable time. I am truly convinced that if it moves he can fix it.

This place is a joke. I took my car there to have the timing belt changed. Brad told me the job would take a few days and I was fine with not having a vehicle for a couple days. A couple of days later, I was driving home from work using another vehicle and I saw the vehicle I had dropped off to Brad being driven around Medina. I followed the car to Walgreen's and it was his son who "borrowed" my vehicle while Brad was out of town. Being the nice person I am, I did not decide to press charges, though I could have for unauthorized use of a vehicle. I never thought something like that would happen while dropping my car off to get fixed. It gets better though. I called a couple of days later and told the woman who answers the phone for Brad's Auto that I would like to speak to Brad. I told her who I was and left my phone number. Never heard back from him. I called two or three more times just to have the lady take a message and never to hear from Brad. At least take responsibility for your son's actions and call back with something as simple as an apology. I was nice enough not to press charges on your son whole stole my vehicle to take it for a joy ride. Never again will I go to Brad's Auto.

Brad takes care of my vehicles and my boat. He does excellent work at a fair price. I highly recommend him. Cheryl is great too.

I have had a very positive experience with Brad's. they are easy to get along with. Work has been done in a timely manner. They also asked questions of me so we made sure we were on the same page from the start. Thanks!
