Went there with an Engine heating issue on Cruze 2016 Week 1 1. The day that I dropped off I received call from Cody that the mechanic looked at the vehicle and found out there is antifreeze leak in the system , I know there was a very minor leak and I was topping off the antifreeze in summer time once in every three months 2. This is the surprising part for me , I know there is minor leak and they mentioned that over heating issue will be resolved if they replaced a hose and thermostat, what I didn’t mentioned to them was I know that radiator fan was not working, and honestly thought that they will comeback to me the issue is radiator fan, but I feel like they are experts in this vehicle and they know better 3. They charged me 1300 $ for the repair and parts, I’m like I don’t want to go places get this one repaired for less, also they quoted me couple other issues like cam shaft cover for extra 460 $, which I never asked, but I told them to go ahead with only with heating issue for 1300$ 4. They call me in couple of hours and told me that the vehicle is done with repair after going there they are suggesting that there are different issues that the engine is idling and Tyler (mechanic) told me he sprayed water under hood and may have been inside the wire harness and told me that they need the car for one more day for tests, ok I went back home 5. Next day I got a call that the issue is gone and vehicle is ready, I went there in the evening to pick up the vehicle and drove home and a big surprise for me is the heating issue gone 6. I called Cody next day and told the issue is not gone , he mentioned that I need to pay some 170 for new diagnosis , I got crazy mad at that after I heard this , I had to explain half an hour on how they have to look at my vehicle with same same issue that already paid money for 7 . Cody told me that he had to check with the manager or mechanic I don’t remember, called me after half an hour saying hey good news I’m going to wave the money off for second diagnosis and I 8. After couple of hours I got call back again from Cody again , saying they found a second problem is radiator fan, and quoted me for 1400$ , I got crazy mad and told him that if they found out the both problems at the initial time and ask me I would have gone for radiator fan instead of thermostat replacement for 1300$ 9. The main problem here is they are suggesting that I had to do both repairs even they found out at initial visit, I told Cody that I would have chosen for radiator fan and keep topping the antifreeze every three months every summer, Cody even suggested me to not to consider repairing the vehicle since the vehicle got 120k miles 10. It’s not upto you guys to take decisions on my vehicle , thinking this in my mind , asked for manager 11. I got call from manager Amy after few hours and she appolozied how I got treated for the first visit and told me the same story as Cody and suggested that I had to do both repairs 12 . She even mentioned that radiator fan worked few times, and she mentioned that she will give me big 150$ off on the second repair 13 . I told her I want to talk to someone who can make decisions 14. I got to call next day to talk to the other manager named Matt, and then he suggested the same thing and gave me 500$ off 15. Thinking that I don’t want to talk to whole bunch of other people to explain myself and proceeded with 900$ repair 16. After coming back home thinking that I paid $2300 for the repairs and held bad and called friend who used to work at delearship 17. He told me a similar story and suggested me to get a notarized explanation from the certified mechanic and go proceed with legal action, about the misdiagnosis and overcharging price, also he mentioned that I will get all my money back along with the lawyer fee etc Any one with similar situation please contact me , Paticulary from this dealership , so you can join me in this issue and might get your money back I did not mentioned lot of other issues here , don’t want to want to waste any more time here

Making the appointment on line was a breeze, was met with friendly staff who was knowledgeable in the services needed. Wait time for tire rotation, oil and all filters changed, system check on error with tire pressure sensors was about 45 minutes. Nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. Was a stress free adventure;)
