Truly grateful to the amazing service on my vehicle. Kevin and his staff analyzed my car like it was their mother's vehicle to assure I would be safe driving it out west. Kevin is so honest regarding repairs and very helpful in working with a tight budget. I truly have only found their shop to give me honest work on my repairs. They always exceed my expectations! I wish more businesses were run with the same values/principles!

Kevin was fantastic to work with. We had a laundry list of items we wanted to get fixed on our car. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even found a potentially catastrophic issue with our transmission lines thats we didnt know about and let us know immediately. Our car runs amazing again and is safe for my wife and son. We will absolutely be lifelong customers.

The only place I trust to work on my car. I've been going there for several years and have never had a problem. Not once. It's nice to be able to have your vehicle worked on and know they're not going to try to rip you off because you're a woman.

As we get older, it's natural to worry about being taken advantage of. When my mom decided to check out Boston Road Automotive after trying out a few other places, I was a bit concerned it might be the same old story. She had been quoted a crazy high price for a simple job at a very nearby newer repair shop, and she'd also visited a dealership. But to my surprise, Boston Road Automotive was such a breath of fresh air! The team there was super helpful, not at all pushy, and their prices were very fair. The staff member who assisted my mom was both kind and honest about what repairs were really necessary. My in-laws have also had great experiences there and felt really well taken care of. We're definitely planning to come back!

Kevin's team at Boston Road Auto is the best in the business. I recently moved and that 30 minute ride to his friendly honest shop is worth it. Transparent, fair prices, and meeting other happy clients while I wait for my oil change. He appreciates my fascination for my hyper blue '16 Chevy Camaro (Mike), and is flexible if the weather forces a change appointment scenario. They have done work on my kids cars as well as my pal's '15 Jeep Wrangler. Visits included work for : Oil changes, Eagle F1 Tire changes, Check Engine light(s), Front headlight assembly on the tricky '09 Mazda 6. Next up; Mike's brake job - Not worried b/c I won't even let a TV-ad monger shop quote the job! Congrats to the shop that is always hopping, your reputation is beyond the sky's limits.

This was my first time here and thank you! The man who assisted me (Kevin I believe) seriously corrected my problem and I'm forever grateful. He was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and I appreciate the work he did. I'll definitely use them again and already referred a friend to them.
