Bob's RV

My husband & I are Canadian snowbirds wintering in Hemet, CA. We purchased a Cavco park model from Rick at Bob’s RV and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Rick was very knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable. The process was smooth from start to finish. Weather delayed the delivery of our park model but when it arrived we were very pleased with the quality and construction. Bob’s set up crew were great! They were very attentive to make sure everything was in place before they left. Minor service issues where attended to promptly and the one year warranty will allow us to itemize any deficiencies we notice and have them repaired when we return in the fall. It is clear to us that customer service and satisfaction is a priority for Bob’s and we unreservedly recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used RV

I purchased a Cavco Park Model from Bob's RV. Their Accounting Practices are questionable. I have been overcharged by $4,500 for transport fees from Buckeye, AZ to Jackson, CA (charged $8,500 for transport only!) and they tried to overcharge me for DMV fees. When I purchase a second Cavco Park Model I will use a different vendor. 🤔😒

I have had nothing but good experiences at Bob’s RV. Everyone is extremely nice and polite. Every time I come here they make sure I get exactly what I need. Plus whatever I may need to install it or maintain it. I have never felt that they have suggested anything I don’t absolutely need. They ask me questions and truly listen to what I tell them. I would recommend this place to anybody for any of their RV needs.

Scott knows his products, but is very impatient with customers, because they do not know as much as him. Isn't that is why they come to him. Face it not many RV counter service people know their product. So customers are going to ask questions. Scott does not seem to like people, when he is in a people job. This is the third time to Bobs RV. Same experience each time. He kept his cool with me, because I mostly knew what I wanted. But others no. Plus he kept me waiting to sign my receipt while on the phone being upset with a customers question. Once he hug up he hand me my receipt to sign. It was a good 2 minutes that I didn't need to listen to. But I drive way out of the way, because they carry RV products that others don't have. Otherwise I would not be back.

They do NOT ACCEPT 3RD PARTY INSPECTIONS. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG in the industry. I was giving ASKING price for a consignment and they turned me down because of that request. I wonder what your consignment clients would think that you're turning down money? 🤔 SHADY AS ALL HELL RUN AWAY!
