This place is an absolute joke. I brought my car in for a transmission issue, and they held it for two and a half months before finally telling me it was “all fixed and good to go.” The mechanic claimed that the RPM fluctuation was just the transmission fluid cycling, so I trusted him and drove off. 20 minutes later, my car completely stopped moving. It wouldn’t go into drive or reverse. I had to get it towed back to his shop, and he told me he’d “take a look at it.” That took another three weeks. Then, after all that wasted time, he tells me I suddenly need to pay another $1,500 for a new issue—on top of the $600 I had already paid. When I told him I wasn’t paying for his mistakes, he got defensive and said I “don’t understand how mechanics work.” Then he gave me the dumbest analogy I’ve ever heard, saying: “If a heart surgeon opens you up and finds another problem, they’ll charge you more for fixing something new.” First of all, a real professional diagnoses the entire problem upfront—not pretends to fix it, takes your money, and then demands more when their so-called "repair" fails. This shop is a scam. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. Instead of taking responsibility, they try to squeeze more money out of you. If I could give KIRBY #2 AUTO REPAIR SHOP a negative review, I would. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. This place is a disgrace to the industry.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS MECHANIC IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE. I TOOK MY CAR. THEY GAVE AN EXAGGERATED PRICE FOR JUST ONE SENSOR. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR FOR A WEEK.... AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR I LEFT IT WORSE WHEN I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC IT WAS JUST A SENSOR AND THIS GREEDY MECHANIC CHARGED ME AS IF I WAS FIXING A TRANSMISSION... NOT ONLY THAT WAS ENOUGH, I ALSO CHANGED MY CAR’S BATTERY FOR A VERY SMALL ONE! BE CAREFUL AND BETTER TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER MECHANIC HE STEALS AND LIES IN HIS DIAGNOSIS GREEDY MECHANIC 😤

Make sure you get a receipt from Mr. Hani... Not just the title being a receipt. After I counted out $3,250.00 he wouldn't give me a written receipt! There's so many problems with the Toyota I got from him I can't get it smogged! Everyone I've had look at it says a 2005 Toyota matrix shouldn't have so many problems... especially the engine warning light shouldn't be burnt out it's highly suspect! And you can't get a smog with the engine warning light out! What am I going to do. I can't prove that he sold it to me. Except my friend that watched me count out the money!!!
