Wish I could give no stars. In my opinion this was the worse shop experience I have ever had. I took my vehicle in there and said it has a oil leak and a power issue. My first comment was it has a oil leak and shared what I thought was wrong with it. He didn't fix my oil leak and the part it did fix was marked up almost 375%. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I understand they need to make a profit but 375% is outrageous. Especially since now I paid a huge amount of money and still have a oil leak. The price he quoted now for my oil leak that was allegedly repaired the first time in the shop is a 1600% markup. I can not speak for anyone else's experience. This is just my opinion based on my experience with the shop. I wanted to warn customers to be careful. I am responsible for my company's fleet of vehicles and I have never had this kind of a experience before.

Has a Serpentine belt fail late in a Fri afternoon. They are open on Saturdays so being from far out of town, We appreciated them having it fixed by noon that next day. Had we had to wait until Monday; it would have created great hardship for motel & food for 3 nights. Nice men there and they are reasonably priced. If you break down in a car that is out of warranty in Salem Oregon give them a call.

Service was okay but when they found what was wrong with my car I never got an update or anything and they decided to weld off my catalytic converter and I install and new pipe they never called to see if that was okay. I show up thinking I would pay $166 for the total quote given plus $90 or so for the vehicle diagnostic. I show up and they charged me over $600. No call for approval or anything before they started working on my vehicle. I was in shock

I have used these guys a few times and always been amazing. Sadly last time I went to go to them It was a Saturday morning I checked the hours on Google and said they were open. So I drive an hour and I get there around 10 and they were closed. For the day. Wasn’t happy with that at all. I really needed the work done for big northwest Subaru meet. Sadly I have to make some janky exhaust. Shocked I didn’t get kicked out of the autocross for it. Pics are from 2 years ago when they put a muffler on my old outback
