⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received here! The team is efficient and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They are honest and dependable, always delivering exactly what is needed without any unnecessary upselling. Our van broke down on a road trip (alternator went out). They put in a new alternator and got us back home. On the way home we realized that 3rd party alternators don't work well in Odysseys so we ended up having to return it. So they did their job well, the part was the issue. After returning it, I had to contact Blakeley's multiple times for them to send me a receipt of the work done and issue a refund. I don't think they would have done it, had I not contacted them. I always tried to be cordial/nice through my texts but at one point they said to me "Being pushy doesn't make it happen any faster" which was a rude thing to say to a customer especially since I wasn't being pushy. I waited about a week after the alternator was returned, and then texted them once a day until the refund was completed. It felt more like they were dragging their feet and it was never going to get done unless I asked them. Oh, another thing, they paid $300 for the alternator and charged me around $440 which is quite the markup. I've been told that most mechanics do this, I don't think it's right, but in the end, they refunded the whole $440 to our card so that was good. In the end, they saved our car, got us through a nasty breaking down experience, but their customer service could definitely use some friendliness and their markups are kinda high. Overall though, we were thankful for their help getting us home.
