Blacktown Auto was simply AMAZING! Jen was the absolute best with responding and showing urgency! My Son is a Student/Athlete from Atlanta and had issues but Jen had him going the next day! That’s VIP treatment! They may be a small unit but their efforts and professionalism is HUGE!

This was a 5 star place when the friendly, knowledgeable Kimmell brothers owned the shop. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning as I had car trouble within a month of getting service here recently. I took my car to two separate locations for an assessment, and the verdict was the part had never been replaced but poorly welded (at the cost of a replacement part), which was why I was experiencing the exact same trouble within a month. I'm very disappointed.

Good service, but be aware if you’re using a credit card to pay they will charge extra. Also, they won’t disclose how much extra they’re charging until it’s processed by their system. It’ll show one number, you’ll insert your card, and when the receipt prints out it’ll show a different number with the surcharge added on.

One of the best places to come for your car very fair prices is very very great customer service, and very very professional. These guys are sweethearts and will take care of you every time I’m not from this area, but would highly consider driving here just to use them.
